- Gabe von Ibuprofen 600mg bei Bedarf zur Schmerzlinderung.
- Infiltration mit Hyaluronsäure in das Kniegelenk.
- Empfehlung zur Gewichtsreduktion.
**Empfehlungen:**
- Wiedervorstellung in 3 Monaten zur Verlaufskontrolle.
- Aufklärung über die Diagnose, Therapieoptionen und Risiken.

- Der Patient berichtet über seit 6 Monaten zunehmende Schmerzen im rechten Knie, insbesondere bei Belastung. Keine Ruheschmerzen. Keine Selbstbehandlung.

- Allergien: Keine bekannt.
- Familienanamnese: Keine relevanten Erkrankungen.
- Sozialanamnese: Büroangestellter, keine sportliche Aktivität, gelegentlicher Alkoholkonsum.
- Vorerkrankungen: Keine relevanten Vorerkrankungen.
**Körperliche Untersuchung / Befunde:**
- Palpation: Druckschmerz über dem medialen Gelenkspalt. Leichter Erguss. Bewegungseinschränkung bei Flexion.
- Labor: Keine aktuellen Laborwerte vorhanden.
- Röntgen: Gonarthrose Grad II.
