Dr. Catherine Skellern, a developmental paediatrician at Queensland Children’s Hospital, described the toll of clinical documentation on her practice.
“Literally, clinicians are often feeling like they’re drowning in paperwork… Heidi has had a substantial impact on how I feel about my work.”
She shared how using Heidi has given her time back in her day, and more than that, has helped her reconnect with why she became a doctor:
“It’s enabled me to return to what made me want to be a doctor in the first place. To communicate, to care about my patients, to make good decisions.”
