The Free Heidi Pro for Primary Care program is no longer accepting new applications. If you submitted a successful application for this program before January 1, 2026, your access to Heidi Pro will remain free through June 15, 2026, under the original program terms. Why free for Canadian primary care clinicians?
We launched this program to allow Canadian primary care providers to experience everything Heidi has to offer at no cost. Heidi Pro was made free of charge through June 15, 2026 for family physicians, nurse practitioners, community paediatricians, and others delivering front line care. This ensured clinicians had equitable access to tools that reduce administrative burden and help them focus on patients. (Registration is now closed, but our commitment to Canadian primary care remains the same.)
Is Heidi compliant with Canadian privacy and security standards?
Yes. Heidi fully complies with all Canadian privacy and security laws, including:
