THESE REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) GOVERN PARTICIPATION IN THE HEIDI HEALTH REFERRAL PROGRAM (“PROGRAM”) OFFERED BY HEIDI HEALTH PTY LTD (“HEIDI HEALTH”, “WE”, “US”, OR “OUR”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU (“REFERRER”, “YOU”, OR “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Definitions
Account Registration: The process by which a new user creates a Heidi Health account, including providing required personal information and agreeing to Heidi Health’s Terms of Service.
Commencement Date: The date on which the Referrer clicks “Get referral link,” thereby agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Duplicate Accounts: Accounts created by the same individual or entity, or those that share substantially similar identifying information (e.g., name, email address, device ID, IP address, payment method, or behavioural patterns) and are intended to simulate referral activity, bypass eligibility rules, or fraudulently generate rewards.
Paid Subscription: A subscription plan purchased by a Referred User that provides access to premium Heidi Health services and is billed on a recurring basis.
Referral Link: A unique, trackable URL generated by Heidi Health for each Referrer. This link is used to invite new users to register with Heidi Health and is tied to the Referrer’s account. Referral Links may be shared via personal networks, websites, or social media platforms, provided they are not used in misleading, deceptive, or spam-related contexts.
Referred User: A new user who registers for a Heidi Health account using a valid Referral Link and who has not previously held or registered for a Heidi Health account. Referred Users must meet all eligibility criteria and engage with the platform in a genuine, non-fraudulent manner.
Session: A distinct user interaction with Heidi Health services lasting more than one (1) minute, involving meaningful engagement with platform features such as assessments, messaging, or care navigation.
Participation in the Program is limited to individuals who maintain an active Heidi Health account and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
Referrals must be new users who have not previously registered with Heidi Health. Self-referrals and Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.
2A. Commencement of Participation
Participation in the Program officially begins on the Commencement Date. By clicking “Get referral link,” the Referrer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be legally bound by them from that date forward.
3. Referral Rewards
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Referrers may be eligible to receive a referral fee of USD ($) 50 for each new user who signs up to a Heidi Pro Paid Plan as a direct result of the Referrer’s introduction. “Paid Plan” refers to the Heidi Pro subscription plan which requires payment from the user in exchange for access to enhanced features, functionality, or usage limits beyond those available in a free or trial version. A user is considered to be on the Paid Plan once payment has been successfully received and their account is activated under a paid subscription.
Referred users who sign up through a valid Referral Link are eligible to receive up to sixty (60) days of Heidi Pro for free (a 30-day trial plus an additional 30 days once they add payment details and begin a paid subscription).
Referral fees will only be payable in respect of users who convert to a Heidi Pro Paid Plan as defined above.
Referral rewards will be capped at ten (10) eligible paid referrals per Referrer per calendar month. Any referrals beyond this limit will require a formal referral partnership agreement with Heidi Health.
Referral fees will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis.
The maximum reward per eligible referral is USD ($) 50, with a total potential reward of up to USD ($) 500 per month.
Payments will be made via PayPal in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversion rates may apply at the time of withdrawal and are subject to PayPal’s terms.
4. Session and Subscription Validation
Sessions must reflect genuine user engagement. Heidi Health reserves the right to determine session validity using behavioural analytics, time stamps, and feature interaction metrics.
Referred users must maintain an uninterrupted paid subscription for at least sixty (60) days following their initial free trial period to qualify for the USD ($) 50 reward.
After the referred user completes payment, there will be a thirty (30)-day verification or “cool-off” period before the reward becomes active. Once verified, the reward will be sent to the Referrer’s PayPal account (linked to the email address associated with their Heidi account) during the next payout cycle at the start of each month.
Cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds within this period will void eligibility.
5. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROGRAM:
CREATION OF FAKE, DUPLICATE, OR FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT
USE OF BOTS, SCRIPTS, OR AUTOMATED TOOLS TO SIMULATE USER ACTIVITY.
SHARING REFERRAL LINKS IN MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE, OR SPAM-RELATED CONTEXTS.
OFFERING EXTERNAL INCENTIVES OR COMPENSATION IN EXCHANGE FOR SIGN-UPS.
HEIDI HEALTH EMPLOYS DEVICE FINGERPRINTING, IP TRACKING, AND OTHER FRAUD DETECTION TECHNOLOGIES.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AUDIT REFERRAL ACTIVITY AND WITHHOLD OR REVOKE REWARDS IN CASES OF SUSPECTED ABUSE.
6. Referral Limits and Review
HEIDI HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE MONTHLY OR ANNUAL CAPS ON REFERRAL ACTIVITY AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
ACCOUNTS EXCEEDING PREDEFINED THRESHOLDS MAY BE SUBJECT TO MANUAL REVIEW. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM PENDING INVESTIGATION.
ANY CHANGES TO REFERRAL LIMITS WILL BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL WITH AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS’ NOTICE.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
HEIDI HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE THE PROGRAM, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING ANY MODIFICATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.
8. Termination of Participation
Heidi Health may terminate a Referrer’s participation in the Program for:
Breach of these Terms, including fraudulent or abusive behaviour
Violation of promotional guidelines or misuse of Referral Links.
Voluntary withdrawal by the Referrer.
Upon termination:
Pending rewards may be forfeited if termination is due to breach or fraud.
Earned rewards will be paid out if the Referrer is in good standing.
Heidi Health will notify the Referrer via email regarding the reason and effective date of termination.
9. Promotional Sharing and Brand Guidelines
Referrers may share Referral Links publicly via personal networks, including social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Referrers must not misrepresent Heidi Health’s brand, services, or incentives. All promotional content must:
Be truthful and not misleading.
Avoid impersonating Heidi Health or its representatives.
Do not use Heidi Health logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.
10. Territorial Eligibility
THE PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN COUNTRIES WHERE HEIDI HEALTH SERVICES AND PAYPAL PAYOUTS ARE SUPPORTED. REFERRERS AND REFERRED USERS MUST RESIDE IN A REGION WHERE BOTH HEIDI HEALTH AND PAYPAL OPERATE LEGALLY AND RELIABLY.
10A. Local Compliance and Liability Disclaimer
IF HEIDI HEALTH SERVICES OR PAYPAL PAYOUTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR LEGALLY SUPPORTED IN A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF HEIDI HEALTH’S SUBSIDIARY JURISDICTION, THE REFERRER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND TAX OBLIGATIONS IN THE REGION WHERE THE REFERRAL OCCURS.
HEIDI HEALTH SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, PENALTY, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM THE REFERRER’S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SUCH LOCAL REQUIREMENTS. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IN UNSUPPORTED REGIONS IS AT THE REFERRER’S OWN RISK.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Participation in the Program is subject to Heidi Health’s Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein.
Key principles include:
We collect personal information such as your name, email, device ID, and usage data to operate and improve our services.
We implement encryption, access controls, and de-identification techniques to protect your data.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We do not use health information for marketing without your explicit consent.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEIDI HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
BY CLICKING “GET REFERRAL LINK” YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE HEIDI HEALTH REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM COMMENCES ON THE COMMENCEMENT DATE.
