HEIDI HEALTH LTD
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (UK)
Policy Statement
This statement is made by Heidi Health Limited (UK) pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. It has been approved by the Board of Directors.
We are committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and governance. Heidi Health has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any form. We are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains do not contribute to modern slavery or human exploitation.
Our business
Heidi Health provides software and AI‑enabled services to healthcare organisations. Our UK operations comprise a co‑working office at 140 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7DY and a hybrid workforce. We purchase SaaS and cloud services, professional services, and end‑user IT equipment. Based on our operating model, we assess our inherent modern slavery risk as generally low, but we recognise specific risks can arise in multi‑tier global supply chains (e.g., hardware and certain services).
Our commitments
- Zero tolerance of modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.
- We will not knowingly do business with any organisation involved in such practices.
- We expect our suppliers to uphold equivalent standards and to ensure these standards are cascaded through their own supply chains.
Due diligence in our supply chain
We apply risk‑based due diligence at sourcing, onboarding, and renewal:
- Screening against modern slavery risk indicators and adverse‑media checks
- Assessment of supplier policies, codes of conduct, and labour standards
- Contractual obligations requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, audit/co‑operation, and remediation commitments
