How does it work?
Heidi runs as a floating widget inside Shexie Platinum, meaning clinicians never need to leave their practice management environment to transcribe a session, generate documents, or file outputs. Opening a patient record reveals the Heidi widget, which launches with a single click. Heidi listens during the consultation, generates a structured note, and then lets the clinician produce additional documents from the same transcription. Completed outputs are pushed directly into the patient's clinical file in Shexie Platinum, ready for dispatch.

How to get connected:
Call Shexie's support team on 1300 743 943 (1300 SHEXIE) to request activation of the Heidi integration. Their team will configure it for your Shexie Platinum environment.
Once activated, open any patient record in Shexie Platinum and click the Heidi widget icon to launch the AI scribe.
