Pogozo

Overview

Heidi's integration with Pogozo helps allied health clinicians finish treatment notes during or immediately after a session, reducing after-hours admin and keeping documentation where it belongs. Heidi runs as an embedded widget inside Pogozo's practice management platform, bringing AI-powered clinical note generation directly into the workflows that physios, OTs, speech therapists, and other allied health professionals already use. This integration is available for Heidi Practice plan users and above.

How does it work?

Heidi launches as a widget inside Pogozo's treatment notes workflow, so clinicians can record a session, generate a structured note, and push it directly into the client's record — all without leaving Pogozo. Clinicians simply open a treatment note, click the Heidi button, record the session, choose a template, and push the finished note back into Pogozo with a single click.

• Embedded widget: Heidi opens inside Pogozo's treatment notes — no switching between apps

• Session recording: Press Start Visit to begin recording, then End Visit when the consultation is complete

• Template selection: Choose your preferred Heidi template before pushing notes back into Pogozo

• One-click push: Completed notes are pushed from the Heidi widget directly into the client's Pogozo record

• Editable before filing: Review and edit notes inside the widget or within Pogozo before saving or publishing
