Suitable for all specialties, this integration is available for Heidi Practice plan users and above, and is primarily designed for private practice clinicians across the UK.

How does it work?

Heidi launches as a widget directly inside a MidexPRO patient record, allowing clinicians to transcribe, generate, and push structured notes and letters without leaving the platform. Once a session is complete, Heidi automatically produces a structured, editable note that can be reviewed and pushed instantly into the corresponding MidexPRO patient record with a single click.

• Real-time transcription: Press Start to begin capturing the consultation; Heidi processes everything said by both clinician and patient

• One-click note push: Review and edit the generated note in the widget, then press Push to file it instantly into MidexPRO

• Full document generation: Generate referral letters, operation notes, medical reports, and discharge summaries from the same consultation using customisable templates

• Optional patient context: Upload referral forms, medication lists, or previous notes via the Context tab so Heidi can factor in the patient's full background
