Maintain complete visibility and control over which edits are captured and applied. No patient data is stored - only your editing preferences are saved within our existing privacy framework.

A simpler way to create templates
Our new chat-based template builder lets you describe what you need in plain language, upload your best documentation examples for automatic template generation, and see exactly what your notes will look like before you use them. With live previews, version control, and zero technical complexity, creating the perfect template is now as simple as having a conversation.
