A bit about the brand team
We’re the central creative force supercharging the Heidi brand in markets across the world. We’re the big thinkers, the ideas people. The ones who see a great customer DM in our socials and decide to put it on a billboard.
We’re tasked with building a truly global brand; one that’s recognisable from Dungog to Delaware.
Like the rest of the business, we move fast. Ideation and execution often happen in parallel. We know the secret to great work is action, so we’re not afraid to roll our sleeves up and get stuck in.
The role
We’re looking for a seriously strong Brand Producer to help shape how Heidi shows up across everything Marketing touches.
This role sits at the centre of creative and execution. You’ll own the end-to-end production of campaigns, launches, content and brand moments across the full Marketing function. Your job is simple in theory and complex in practice: make great work happen, consistently.
You’re the person who turns ambitious ideas into shipped work. The operational backbone that allows designers, writers and video producers to focus on craft because everything else is handled.
You’re a rare breed. You have sharp creative taste but you also have an operational brain. You instinctively turn ideas into plans and plans into repeatable systems.
Reporting into the Head of Brand, you’ll play a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves creativity but gets just as much satisfaction from building the machine that makes it scalable.
What you’ll do
Own production across Marketing. Run projects from intake and scoping through timelines, resourcing, feedback and final delivery. If it’s creative and needs to ship, you’re across it.
Be the bridge between business and creative. You speak both languages. You can understand the commercial objective and translate that into a clear, inspiring brief that sets creatives up to do their best work.
Systemise everything. If you see something done twice, you template it. You build workflows and create clarity so the same mistakes do not happen again. You are allergic to unnecessary chaos.
Keep everyone aligned. Manage multiple priorities. Communicate clearly. Hold deadlines. Push back when needed. Keep stakeholders confident and creatives protected.
Balance our bandwidth. You have a bird’s-eye view of the team’s energy. You know exactly when to pull the lever on freelance help and when to re-prioritise so we’re always running at optimal speed.
Oversee and elevate freelance talent. Bring and build a strong black book of trusted designers, writers, editors and makers. Know who to call for what. Brief them well and ensure quality stays high.
Protect and raise the creative bar. You have a strong understanding of graphic design, copywriting and video production, allowing you to guide the work thoughtfully. You have strong taste, stay close to what’s next creatively and actively bring fresh thinking into the brand.
Be the final checkpoint. You’re the last hurdle any work has to clear before it sees the light of day. You ensure that every asset is polished, consistent, and will elicit a great response.
What we’re looking for
6+ years’ experience in brand or creative production
Experience in a scaleup or inside an agency production team
Proven experience overseeing creatives across multiple creative disciplines
Calm under pressure and excellent at managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
Strong systems thinker with a do once, build it properly mindset
Strong experience using project management tools to manage creative workflows, ideally Linear and Notion
Clear, confident internal communicator
Genuinely strong creative judgment and care for craft
Proactive, accountable and highly organised
Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows, or excited to learn
