SEO Growth Specialist
Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
We’re hiring an SEO Growth Specialist who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be owning on-page optimisation to improve user experience and deepen engagement, driving rapid growth globally.
Working closely with the GTM team, you’ll be part of our pioneering organic growth team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1.
It’s a chance to lay down the optimisation engine that will fuel our hypergrowth, while building an organic search user journey that will scale 10x over the next few years.
What you’ll do
UX and Performance: Lift engaged time, scroll depth, click throughs, etc. by improving hierarchy, layout, and readability, among others.
On-page Experimentation: Build hypotheses from analytics and research, run A/B tests, and promote winners. Maintain an experiment backlog and ship on a fortnightly cadence.
User Research: Analyse session recordings, heatmaps, and surveys to find blockers and inform test ideas. Validate with small qualitative loops.
Cross-functional Delivery: Scope and ship with the Website and Design teams. Document requirements and success criteria. Close the loop with stakeholders.
AI Automation: Use AI to generate test variants, pull insights, coordinate page updates, and streamline reporting without sacrificing editorial control.
What we will look for:
3+ years SEO experience, focusing on on-page optimisation
Strong command of GA4 and Tag Manager, user insight and testing tools
Proficient in CMS platforms, particularly Sanity
Data-driven: Skilled at measuring impact and interpreting outcomes. Practical experience with funnel analysis and experiment design.
Proactive: Self-driven, delivers iteratively, and consistently manages an efficient and well-organised experiment pipeline.
Communication: Work effectively with designers and developers, providing reliable status updates across stakeholders.
Adaptability: Up-to-date with SEO and UX trends, industry best practices, and emerging patterns in AI-driven search and top-of-funnel journeys.
Bonus: Healthcare-related experience or medical background
If we’d worked together the last 6 weeks, you’d have:
Shipped 4 A/B tests and promoted 2 winners to production, raising CTR, on-page CTA click-throughs, etc.
Ran user research loops: Session replays and heatmap analysis on 10 pages, then translated findings into 7 test ideas
Built an experiment backlog and operating cadence: Hypothesis doc, sizing, guardrails, QA, and fortnightly promotion criteria, among others
The way we work
Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership.
1. Build to Last
We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.
2. Own Your Practice
Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.
3. Move Fast, Stay Steady
We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.
4. Make Others Better
Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.
Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering.
