About the Role
We’re looking for an SMB Growth Manager to drive adoption and revenue growth across small and independent healthcare providers in the GCC.
This is a commercial role spanning both pre- and post-sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers from initial product usage through to long-term adoption and expansion. The role combines elements of sales, customer success and growth, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in localising our approach and converting product engagement into sustained revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing
Growth & Sales
Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and pilot programmes
Run structured discovery to understand customer workflows and needs
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to healthcare providers
Manage deals end-to-end, from first conversation through to close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring consistent deal progression
Identify and close expansion opportunities, including upgrades and rollouts
Customer Success
Lead onboarding and pilot programmes, ensuring fast time-to-value
Define and track success criteria for each pilot to drive conversion
Support customers post go-live to ensure strong adoption and retention
Proactively identify risks and intervene to improve outcomes
Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Regional Growth
Develop strong market understanding across the GCC
Adapt approach to local business culture and buying cycles
Contribute to building a local evidence base through case studies and customer advocacy
What Success Looks Like
Strong conversion from pilot to paid customers
Consistent expansion revenue from existing accounts
High levels of customer adoption and satisfaction
A healthy and predictable sales pipeline
Contribution to regional growth and market presence
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a quota-carrying sales, growth or customer success role
Comfortable managing the full customer lifecycle (from discovery to expansion)
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify and close opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare or healthtech
Experience working in or with GCC markets
Arabic Language
Familiarity with product-led growth environments
