The Role
We cannot scale creative by juggling freelancers reactively. We need an in-house operator who:
Owns the production calendar
Controls quality
Moves fast
Keeps budgets tight
Delivers at scale
You are the execution backbone of the creative squad.

What you’ll do
1. End-to-End Performance Creative Production
Produce high-volume paid creative (video, motion, statics, UGC-style, product demos)
Own the pipeline from brief → shoot → edit → localisation → launch
Scale asset variations across markets
2. Operational Excellence
Build the production system: timelines, workflows, tools, rituals
Manage freelancers, editors, motion designers and videographers
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Maintain global production calendar
Take part and or supervise shoots.
3. Global & Localised Creative
Coordinate market-specific shoots
Adapt assets for UK, Canada, US, ANZ
Support local safety-focused messaging where required
4. Data-Informed Production
Work closely with the strategist to scale what’s working
Rapidly iterate based on performance data
Turn winning concepts into templated systems
5. AI-Enhanced Production
Integrate AI tools into video and content workflows
Test scalable AI-generated formats (already performing strongly)
Balance speed with brand quality
What we’re looking for
4–8 years in creative production (agency, startup, scale-up)
Experience producing performance marketing creative at volume.
Strong grasp of video editing, motion and paid formats
Strong knowledge on Adobe Suite, Davinci or/and Capcut
Knowledge in filming and basic camera operation.
Operationally obsessive — nothing slips
Calm under pressure
Commercially aware — understands ROI of creative
