We are expanding rapidly in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe—and we need exceptional Sales Development Representatives to help build a strong pipeline for our SMB Account Executives.

The Role

We are seeing an experienced, high performing Account Executive to join our commercial team as a key sales operator in the US market. You will drive SMB sales, penetrate small to medium sized practices and hospital groups by building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision makers.

What you’ll do

  • Run full-cycle SMB sales opportunities within the US market.

  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline using a mixture of warm and cold account targeting.

  • Leverage product usage signals to nurture existing users into sales opportunities.

  • Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within SMB healthcare organizations.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our AI products.

  • Execute closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive market growth.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.

    What we look for

    • A minimum of 3- 5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally in the healthcare industry

    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing SMB sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast growth tech.

    • You’ll need to be impeccably sharp, omni talented and humble.

    • Strong intuition, creativity and common sense to lead complex projects.

Other things to know

  • We’re in-person primarily, based out of our NY office.

  • Experience in healthcare is great, but not required.

    Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.
