About Salesforce integration with Heidi

 Overview

Plenty of care providers never bought a clinical system. They built one, on Salesforce, shaped around how their service actually runs. Virtual-first providers, occupational health teams, community services and clinical operations inside larger groups all end up here.

Heidi connects to that record. Heidi transcribes the visit, builds the note in the structure your clinicians use, and writes it back to the patient record.

Because every Salesforce clinical build is different, this is a configured connection rather than a one-click install. We map to your objects and fields alongside your team, then your clinicians work without leaving the record.

Available on Heidi Enterprise plans.

How does it work?

We start with your data model. Your Salesforce admin and our team agree which objects hold the patient, the visit and the clinical note, and how Heidi's output should land in them. From there clinicians open Heidi from the record, and finished documentation returns to the fields you nominated, held as a draft until a clinician signs it off.

  • Mapped to your objects: documentation lands in the fields your team already uses, whether that is Health Cloud or something you built

  • Review before filing: notes arrive as drafts and the clinician approves everything before it reaches the record

  • Inside your governance: the connection runs through your existing Salesforce authentication, permissions and audit controls

  • One visit, every document: referral letters, reports and summaries all come from the same session

Getting connected

  1. Scope the work with our team, covering which objects hold your patient, visit and clinical note records

  2. Agree the field mapping with your Salesforce admin, including where drafts land and who signs them off

  3. We configure and test the connection in your sandbox

  4. Roll out to a first clinical group, then scale once the mapping is proven

Pricing and plans

The Salesforce integration is available on Heidi Enterprise plans and includes a configuration phase with your team. Contact our sales team to scope the work for your organisation.

About Salesforce in clinical settings

Salesforce Health Cloud gives care providers a patient record they can shape themselves, which is why it turns up as the system of record across virtual-first care, occupational health, community services and clinical teams inside larger organisations. Because those records are built rather than bought, no two are identical.
