Overview

Heidi launches from inside Altera with patient and visit context already loaded, transcribes the visit as it happens, and writes structured documentation back to the patient record. Clinicians review and sign off before anything is filed.
Available across inpatient and outpatient settings on Heidi Enterprise plans, and built for NHS trusts running Altera.
How does it work?
Once your trust is connected, Heidi sits inside the Altera workflow rather than beside it. A clinician opens Heidi from the patient record and the patient is already loaded. Heidi transcribes the visit, builds the note in the structure that team uses, and holds it for review. When the clinician is ready, the note goes back to Altera as a draft.
