How to Use the Heidi Health Referral Program
Overview: The Heidi Health referral program allows you to earn rewards by sharing Heidi with your network.
Steps:
Get Your Link: Find your unique referral link in your Heidi account by following these steps:
Click Settings on the left hand side of your paget
Click through “account”
Go to the Referral Link section, and click “Get my referral code”
Share: Distribute your link to friends, colleagues, or on social media.
Rewards: Your referees get one month of Heidi Pro free. You earn $40 for every paid Pro user you sign up, and $10 if they sign up to Heidi for Free.
Cash Out: Receive your earnings via PayPal or use them as credit for your own subscription (coming soon!).
How Do I Set Up My Account with a Referral?
To use a referral, you must apply it during the creation of a new account. Referrals cannot be added to an existing account after you have already signed up or logged in. If you have received a referral link or code, please make sure to use it while registering your new account. Once your account is created, it is not possible to retroactively apply a referral to that account.

Where can I find my referral link?
You can access your unique referral link via Settings in your Heidi account, by following the steps above.
I'm receiving the error message "We failed to retrieve your referral link. Email has already been taken."
We have recently migrated to a new and improved rewards platform for our affiliate program. You'll need to head to https://heidi.getrewardful.com/password/new and reset your password, once you have done this and logged in, you will be able to see your referrals.
Will I be rewarded for referring whole clinics, not just individuals?
Yes! If you refer a a clinic, you will be rewarded for 1 user referral at that clinic.
How do I get paid?
Once your referees make a purchase, there will be a 30 day cool off period before your reward is active. Once active, your rewards will be paid via PayPal in the next payout run (start of each month).
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! There is no limit to how many people you can refer. You can refer an unlimited number of people. Remember, referral rewards are capped at 6 months of each user's subscription.
