About Plato integration with Heidi
Overview
Heidi's integration with Plato lets clinicians move straight from consult to record without copying notes across by hand. Sessions are created automatically from the Plato queue, and finished notes push straight into the clinic's configured Plato folder. Available for Heidi Practice plan users and above.
How does it work?
Heidi runs in the browser alongside Plato. A session appears automatically in Heidi as soon as a patient is queued and assigned to a doctor in Plato. After the consult, the clinician selects Push to Plato to send the finished note to the clinic's configured folder.
Automatic session creation from the Plato queue
One-click push to the configured Plato folder
Self-serve setup from Settings, using the clinic's database name, API key, and Doctor ID
Once pushed, a note can't be edited or deleted by the clinician in Plato — only a Plato administrator can, so review in Heidi first
