We want clinicians to enjoy what they do, without the hassle of admin, and start remembering why they started.
At the core of Heidi is its people. We’re a diverse mix of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, and high-agency executors, all united by a shared mission: halving the time it takes to deliver world class care.
We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. In just 12 months, more than 1.5 million consults were supported by Heidi, and we’re now powering more than 1 million consults every week. We’re ready to supercharge our ambitious global growth, and we need great people like you to get there. Ready for the challenge?
We move fast—but not for the sake of it. We do it because speed compounds. At Heidi, you’ll be part of a team that ships small, iterates constantly, and doesn’t wait for perfect when progress is more powerful.
We don’t just optimise what already exists—we invent without fear, knowing that failure is part of the cost of building something truly original. We're not chasing short-term wins. We're in it to solve hard problems that matter over the long run and we know that means making trade-offs today to win tomorrow.
If you want to do your life’s best work, at the edge of healthcare, tech, and invention—this is the place to do it.

We sacrifice short term sugar highs so we win over a long horizon.
We aren’t derivative and are willing to risk many failures in pursuit of true invention.
In uncertainty resist the urge to paralyse ourselves in strategic planning mode, we default to acting even if things come off a bit ill-thought out in the moment.
We ship units of atomic progress as quick as we can, choosing speed over quality as we believe turns at the game is more important than making the right move.
Work where you work best, then join your Heidi colleagues in the office for culture lunches and activities.
Want to visit family abroad or travel the world while still having an amazing impact? It’s possible at Heidi. We also encourage the team to work at our various locations around the world. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, London, New York and soon to be more!
We’re big on wellbeing with region-based perks like health benefits, gym discounts, a healthy learning and development budget and WFH setups. We keep evolving our offering as the team grows and are always open to new ideas!
Our annual leave policy includes Heidi Health Days days, which means one self-selected wellness day per quarter to rest and recharge. Oh, and you get your birthday off too!
We offer an inclusive framework of 18 weeks equal paid leave to support new parents, with your equity continuing to vest over this time.
We back our Heidis to grow - and we’ve got the stories to prove it. From promotions to horizontal moves, we love to facilitate opportunities that maintain an environment of continuous learning and to help people unlock their superpowers!
