Paid parental leave at full salary: 26 weeks for primary carers and 18 weeks for secondary carers, globally. Your equity continues to vest throughout.

A one-off $500 to kit out your home setup, monitor, chair, desk, or whatever helps you do your best work from wherever you work.
Relocate temporarily, work alongside another team, or spend time in-market with customers. We operate globally across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, New York, San Francisco, London, Toronto and Singapore, and you're encouraged to use the network.
