Heidi has helped clinicians save millions of hours since 2024. Applications for the Free Heidi Pro program closed on December 31, 2025. This program is no longer accepting new clinics. If your clinic enrolled before this date, your free Pro access continues through June 15, 2026 under the original program terms.

What to do if you missed the application?
You can continue using the free version of Heidi. If someone in your clinic has already signed up and has access, you can ask them to invite you.
Clinics enrolled in the program can add new clinicians at any time until June 15, 2026. New clinicians will receive the same Heidi Pro access as existing users under the clinic’s enrollment, so they can start using Heidi right away.

Note: Clinics will not be automatically charged after June 15th, 2026. You can choose to continue with a paid Heidi tier or transition to the free version. Our team will contact enrolled clinics ahead of time to provide full clarity on your options and next steps.
