If you already have a Heidi account, just set up the mode of payment, and your unique referral link will be ready to use.
You can find your referral link in your Heidi account by going to Settings > Account and scrolling to the bottom. You should then be able to see a section called 'Referral Link'. The first time you click it, you'll set up how you want to receive payments by entering your PayPal email address. After that, your referral link will be available in this section of account settings for you to copy whenever you need it.
