The deceased was a 78 year old male who presented with increasing shortness of breath and chest pain over the past week. The past medical history includes hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and a previous myocardial infarction in 2018. The deceased was taking Lisinopril 20mg daily, Metformin 1000mg twice daily, and Aspirin 75mg daily and had a social history of being a retired teacher, a non-smoker, and consuming alcohol occasionally.
