Heidi Remote is a clip-on recording device that captures patient sessions and syncs to the Heidi app for automatic clinical note generation.
Built for fast-paced, on-the-move clinical work, it’s ideal for ward rounds and community visits, and for high-traffic clinics where you need to keep notes moving without relying on phone placement, battery, or a stable signal.
Pair once with the Heidi app on iOS. Press once to start transcribing, press once to stop. Each patient session is saved separately — no manual splitting required.
Data is protected by an ISO 27001:2022- and SOC 2-compliant security framework, with encryption, de-identification, and strict access controls. Heidi also supports GDPR, HIPAA, and PIPEDA requirements.
Heidi Remote is currently available for pre-sale in ANZ, the USA, Canada, and the UK. Heidi Remote currently pairs with Heidi’s Web and iOS apps. Android and Desktop apps coming soon.

Create patient consent messages exactly how you need them to be. Admins on Practice-Tier teams can now customise patient consent messages appearing for clinicians on their Team(s) when a new session is being transcribed.
Write your own message to better reflect the language needed for your clinic, relevant regulatory compliance, and specialty. When updated, the new message rolls out to all clinicians within your Team(s) automatically.
Simply configure once in Settings → Team Settings → Compliance and it applies everywhere.

Carry your clinic’s brand on your exported documents. Configure custom headers and footers for all PDF exports from Scribe and Evidence sessions.
Every PDF you export from Heidi looks professional and consistent, making them suitable for clinical correspondence or referral use.
Heidi’s headers support an uploaded image or logo, plus configurable text to match your organisation’s brand (bold, spacing, etc.). For footers, type in your name and choose from several font styles, or add a personal signature.
Head to Settings → Defaults to toggle on header and footer exports.

Streamline session setup by uploading your clinic schedule (CSV or screenshot) to create upcoming sessions in minutes. From the Upcoming tab, upload a file, validate the extracted appointments, then confirm the sessions to create - reducing manual data entry and administrative overhead.
