1. General
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to any promotional offer made available by Heidi Health Pty Ltd (ABN 84 649 783 871) (Heidi, we, us, our) in connection with the purchase of a Heidi Remote (Device). By accepting a promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace applicable terms, including Heidi's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Remote Terms, and Remote Usage Policy, which continue to apply.
2. Offers
Heidi may, from time to time, make one or more of the following promotional offers available to eligible customers:
(a) Intro Pricing
The Device may be offered at an introductory price below the standard RRP for a limited period. The reduced price and applicable market are specified at the point of purchase.
(b) Scribe Pro Limited Free Trial
Eligible customers who purchase a Device during the offer period may receive a specified period of Heidi Scribe Pro access at no additional charge. This offer is available to new and free-tier Scribe users only. Customers on an existing paid Scribe subscription are not eligible.
(c) Discounted Device and Annual Subscription Commitment
Eligible customers who commit to a qualifying annual Heidi Scribe subscription may receive a discount on the purchase price of the Device. The discounted price and applicable markets are specified at the point of offer.
(d) Free Device, Two-Year Subscription Commitment
Eligible customers who commit to a qualifying two-year Heidi Scribe subscription may be entitled to receive a Device at no additional charge. Eligibility is subject to verification by Heidi.
