Heidi's integration with Echidna helps NDIS support workers, allied health clinicians, and disability services providers spend less time on session notes and more time with clients. Heidi runs as an embedded widget inside Echidna, a purpose-built NDIS practice management platform used by organisations across Australia, bringing AI-powered clinical documentation directly into the workflows teams already rely on. This integration is available for Heidi Practice plan users and above.

How does it work?

Heidi launches as a widget directly inside Echidna, so clinicians and support workers can capture, generate, and file session notes without switching between systems. Once a session is complete, the AI-generated note can be reviewed and pushed into the relevant client record in Echidna, keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
