How does it work?
Heidi launches as a widget directly inside Echidna, so clinicians and support workers can capture, generate, and file session notes without switching between systems. Once a session is complete, the AI-generated note can be reviewed and pushed into the relevant client record in Echidna, keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
