About Nookal integration with Heidi
Overview
Heidi with Nookal helps allied health clinicians reduce admin by pulling scheduled appointments into Heidi and sending completed clinical notes straight back to Nookal. This direct integration connects Heidi with the Nookal practice management system for individual practitioners and small to medium practices. It is currently available for clinicians using Nookal globally.
How does it work?
The integration connects Heidi to Nookal so your daily schedule appears inside Heidi and documentation flows back to Nookal. Select a scheduled patient, complete your session in Heidi, and push notes directly into the patient’s file with a single click.
Schedule sync: Import patients from the Nookal diary into Heidi by selected date.
Patient context: Start sessions in Heidi using linked Nookal appointment and patient details.
One-click note push: Send AI-generated clinical notes back to Nookal from Heidi.
PDF filing: Notes appear in Nookal as PDFs under the Clinical Notes history.
