It’s been a big year of creating, growing and building at Heidi, and as we wind down towards the end of the year, releases are a little lighter.
This month we’re launching a new way for Australian GPs to document Chronic Care Plans, unlocking an entirely new workflow in Heidi. Plus a few key updates to support smoother sessions, more secure note handling, and better audio quality on desktop.
GP Chronic Care Management Plans (GPCCMP)

Heidi now supports GP Chronic Care Management Plans (GPCCMP) directly inside your session, turning routine consults into proactive, ongoing care. Start a chronic care plan from a few context details before the visit, then let Heidi update and regenerate it during and after the consult so patients leave with clear, coordinated goals and you finish with a billing-ready plan in one place.
Currently available for Australian GPs on paid Heidi plans. Learn more about GPCCMP.
This feature is only currently available to General Practitioners in Australia.
