Is my patient data safe?

Yes. Heidi doesn't store audio from your sessions. It listens, transcribes and generates your note, then the audio is discarded. Will the output match my note format?

Yes. Set your preferred structure using Templates. A physio gets a SOAP note, an OT gets a functional assessment, an SLP gets a narrative. Templates are built from real clinical notes, so the output reflects how your discipline actually documents. You review and edit before anything is signed off.
