The Desktop app now has the complete Heidi web experience, featuring a refreshed interface and new tools like Linked Sessions, Tasks, Ask AI and more. Some additional work in the background will also improve the apps audio processing, performance and stability. Learn more.

Sessions for the same patient now link automatically when their demographic details match. You’ll see suggested links and can accept or reject them. This helps keep related notes and context in one place across multiple visits. Learn more about Linked Sessions.

Bulk import for Snippets & Word Replace: Import common text blocks, phrases, and terminology via CSV for automated application in your documentation. Go to Settings → Memory → Bulk Upload. This speeds up setup and keeps language consistent, saving the need for manual editing and additions. Learn more on Memory feature.
Status tags for sessions: Assign progress status tags to your Sessions to track appointment and documentation state. Filter by tag to see what needs attention and coordinate with your team - perfect for collaboration and multi-tasking! Read about it here.

Print notes directly from Heidi: You can now print session notes from within Heidi — no downloading or double handling needed. Open a note, select the three dots for menu, and select Print.
💡Tip! You can also email your notes directly from an email domain of your choice, or you can export your notes as a pdf. or word doc.

Nookal Integration
Heidi now integrates with Nookal practice management, letting you push AI-generated clinical notes directly into patient files with one click. Patients booked via Nookal Diary automatically appear in Heidi, so you can start consultations, generate structured notes, and send documentation seamlessly. Set up your Nookal integration today.
