Heidi comes with you while you work

Mini-mode

Transcribing a visit but need to stay in your EHR? Change tabs while using Heidi and a floating window follows you across your workflow. Confirm your audio is active, jot notes directly into the session Context, and pause, resume or stop transcription without leaving your EHR. Available on Chrome and Edge. Learn more.

Multilingual on mobile

multilingual

Heidi is now available in multiple languages on iOS and Android: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Catalan, Swedish and more. Whether you're in a multilingual practice, serving a diverse community, or simply more comfortable working in your first language, Heidi adapts to you. Available from iOS and Android.

Caller briefing on Heidi Comms

Comms

Before you pick up, you already know who's calling and why. Heidi Comms gives admin users on the front desk a quick briefing: the patient's name, reason for calling, and what's been covered in previous interactions. Answer with confidence, stay in the loop from the first word, and save patients needing to repeat themselves. Available to all Heidi Comms customers. Contact the Comms team to enable.

Template Manager role: delegate template ownership to team members

Team admins can now assign a Template Manager role to specific members, giving them permission to create and manage shared templates without needing full admin access. Template management stays in the right hands without opening up your broader settings. Org-wide controls are being explored for a future release. Learn more.

Quality of life improvements

  • Log out everywhere: one tap to sign out of all your devices at once. Useful if you work across shared workstations or simply want to quickly secure your account. Head to settings > security > log out everywhere. Available on Heidi web. Desktop and mobile coming soon.
  • Session list search and filters: The session list now has a search bar, sortable columns and filters, with session name shown by default. Find any session in seconds.
  • Evidence search during transcription: The Evidence search bar is now visible in the empty note area while you're recording, so you can look something up without leaving your session.
  • Template previews show formatting: Template previews now render markdown formatting instead of raw text, so what you see matches what gets generated. Ask Heidi can also edit individual template sections directly.
  • Request an integration: The integrations marketplace now shows a "Request integration" option when your search returns no results.

Bug fixes

  • Unnamed sessions are no longer excluded from the session list when sorting by name.
  • Template category filters in search now resolve correctly.
