MELBOURNE, Australia – February 9, 2026 – Heidi, leading healthcare AI platform, is thrilled to announce its debut in the 2026 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report as a newly rated vendor with a score of 93.1 out of 100, above the average score for the category.
Best in KLAS recognizes software and services companies that excel in helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient care. Inclusion in the report reflects feedback from interviewed customers regarding Heidi’s performance for large specialty groups, hospitals, and health systems. According to the KLAS Research Emerging Company Spotlight on Heidi, 100% of the customers surveyed said they would buy Heidi again.
“We’re building an AI care partner that can support healthcare providers and patients every step of the way. I experienced administrative burnout firsthand and it is real. AI can give doctors back their precious time, but it only works when it is built in partnership with them,” said Dr. Thomas Kelly, CEO and co-founder of Heidi. “That’s where our obsession with the clinician experience comes in. And that’s what we appreciate about Best in KLAS. They use customer feedback and experience to evaluate solutions.”
According to the spotlight report, Heidi has high ratings in the ambient speech category for “value” with an A for “drives tangible outcomes” and an A+ for “money’s worth” and was also highly graded in “loyalty” and “relationship.”
Outstanding scores within those categories, included:
- 100% for “keeps all promises”
- 100% for “would you buy again”
- 100% for “avoids charging for every little thing”
“The solution is really easy to use. The support is phenomenal as well,” said a manager who uses Heidi and was interviewed by KLAS Research in September 2025. “During onboarding, when some of the doctors had questions, even at seven o’clock at night, I would send the questions over to [Heidi’s] team, and within 30 minutes, I had a video showing what the doctors needed to do. I would tell a customer who is investigating the system to go for it.”
In September 2025, another Heidi customer with a director title shared,
We have already seen a dramatic reduction in the time for documentation and in the need for doctors to stay late in the day; they are finishing up earlier and are able to go home. The very first week, doctors immediately noticed that Heidi was improving their documentation.”
Eighty-five percent of Heidi customers interviewed by KLAS Research said they achieved some outcomes immediately with Heidi.
Those outcomes included results like:
Ability to see more patients/increased workflow
Improved note accuracy and detail
Increased clinician satisfaction and well-being
Reduced documentation time and after-hours work
“The Heidi solution is generally seen as user friendly and cost effective, and most interviewed customers say the features are highly effective,” KLAS Research concluded in its report. “Additionally, respondents say Heidi stands out in this growing market thanks to their strong support and collaboration.”
