How does it work?
Heidi connects directly with Veradigm so scheduled appointments automatically appear in Heidi, helping you start the right session and complete your notes without extra set-up each time. Once your Heidi notes are finalised, you can send it back into Veradigm with a single click, where it populates the relevant note sections for that Encounter.
Appointments in Heidi: Create a new Encounter in Veradigm for the day, and the appointment appear in Heidi.
Note generation: Heidi listens during your patient visit, and generates a structured note automatically.
Section-by-section filing: Map headings from your note into Veradigm sections like Reason for Visit (HPI), ROS, History, Vitals, Physical Exam, and Assessment & Plan.
Send to Veradigm: Push the note back into Veradigm Encounter with a single click.
