Overview

Heidi with Cliniko helps clinicians finish notes faster by bringing scheduled appointments and patient demographics into the Heidi workspace and sending completed documentation back to Cliniko. This integration connects Heidi with the Cliniko practice management system for clinicians who want a smoother, more connected documentation workflow.

How does it work?

The integration connects Heidi to Cliniko and generates a structured note tailored to Cliniko’s treatment note format. Push notes directly into the patient’s file with a single click.

• Account connection: Connect Cliniko to Heidi from the Integrations page using your Cliniko user ID.

• Scheduled sessions: View, search, and re-sync Cliniko appointments from the Heidi sidebar to start a patient session.

• Patient context: Access patient demographics and appointment information from Cliniko within Heidi.

• One-click push back: Send completed notes and documents from Heidi back to the linked Cliniko session.

How to get connected

Enable and generate a Cliniko API key in your Cliniko account, then paste that key into Heidi under Settings → EMR Integrations → Cliniko to finish connecting. The setup takes a couple of minutes — see the Cliniko integration help guide below for more details on how to get set-up.
