Launch it directly from your encounter note, capture the visit as it happens, and push a structured clinical note into the right Accuro fields with a single click. No parallel apps. No copy-paste. No staying late to finish charts.
Pre-chart from incoming referral packages and MRI reports in seconds. Generate referral letters and consult packages using your existing Accuro templates. The entire documentation workflow — from the first word spoken to the filed note — happens inside the tool you already use.

Embedded scribe. Launch Heidi directly from your Accuro encounter note. Heidi listens to the visit in real time, builds a structured clinical note in your preferred format, and pushes it to the right Accuro fields in one click — without leaving your EMR.
Pre-charting from documents. Attach incoming referral packages, MRI reports, consult letters, and medication lists via the Heidi context panel. Heidi summarizes the key findings into your note template before the patient walks in.
One-click letters and referrals. Generate referral letters, consult packages, and patient summaries from your existing Accuro templates or custom Heidi templates — no rewriting from scratch.

Pricing
Accuro AI Scribe is available on the Accuro AI Scribe Plus, Team, and Enterprise plans. Billing is handled through QHR/Accuro.

Once a Provider is approved for the limited release, Providers must have a Heidi account or create a Clinician or Practice account and set up their account at heidihealth.com
Clients must be on Accuro Cloud. No Local clients
