FRACTURE CLINIC
Working Diagnosis: Left distal radius fracture, 28 October 2024, fall onto outstretched hand (FOOSH) mechanism.
PLAN:
1. Continue non-weight bearing on left wrist.
2. Maintain current cast for another 3 weeks.
3. Commence gentle finger and elbow range of motion exercises.
4. Arrange follow-up appointment for cast removal and review with orthopaedics.
5. Prescribe paracetamol 1g QDS PRN for pain.
