LBP/radiculopathy - DDx: disc herniation, spinal stenosis - planned: MRI lumbar spine - to continue OTC analgesia (paracetamol + ibuprofen) - referral: physio (starts next wk) 2. HTN - to continue lisinopril 10mg OD - no new concerns, BP within target
