Heidi Feature Updates coming in December
Welcome to your December release preview. All feature updates are organized by platform giving you approximately 30 days to review features, plan internal communications, and ensure your team is ready before they go live.
This means all new features will be accessible to your organisation on December 9th, 2026.

Scribe, reorganized around your note
We regrouped Scribe’s* session controls so your note sits at the center of the screen. Session details, template actions, tasks and codes now sit together in one control panel, and you can collapse it when you want to focus. Every feature is still there, and some have moved to a more logical place.
When your team will see it:
- From November 6 - 9th: Org and team admins can use a toggle to switch between the new and current experience. That gives you time to explore the new layout and prepare your team.
- From December 9: All clinicians get the toggle, so they can try the new layout at their own pace.
- From February 8, 2027: We remove the toggle and all users move to the new experience.

Quality of life improvements
- Team admins can now switch on automatic deletion for standalone Evidence chats and choose a retention window that suits their practice's data policy. Nothing changes until an admin sets a window, so existing chats stay put until you decide.
- Live transcripts in Chinese, Japanese and Korean now appear with less delay, so you can follow the conversation on screen as it happens.
Fixes
- Opening Team Evidence settings no longer changes saved collection settings.
- Picking a session or patient from the composer + menu now attaches it to your chat.
- Mail reply approval cards now show the recipient and subject.
- Haiku push failures now show a message explaining what happened.
- Non-admin team members now see "Contact your team admin to upgrade" instead of upgrade buttons.
- Specialty lists, onboarding labels, the mic-test sample note and billing details now appear in your language.
