- **Musculoskeletal:** Inspection reveals no obvious deformity. Palpation elicits tenderness over the plantar fascia. Range of motion is limited due to pain. Strength is normal. No joint instability is noted.
- **Neurological:** Sensory and motor function intact. No paresthesia noted.
