Denies any recent travel or sick contacts. **Key Examination Findings:** - Elevated heart rate of 110 bpm. - Oxygen saturation 92% on room air. **ED Impression / Principal Diagnosis:** Suspected Acute Myocardial Infarction. **Other Issues Addressed:** Patient received supplemental oxygen and IV access established. **3.
