Overview
Heidi's integration with AlayaCare lets aged care clinicians complete progress notes and clinical documents during or immediately after each visit, without switching between systems or transcribing manually. Together, Heidi and AlayaCare connect AI-powered transcription directly to your care management workflow, so visit notes and PDFs are filed against the right client record as soon as you are done. Designed for allied health clinicians and aged care providers operating in home care settings across Australia, this integration reduces documentation burden so clinicians can focus on the people they care for.
How does it work?
Once connected, Heidi automatically pulls your visit schedule from AlayaCare, so your client list for the day is always ready in Heidi's Sessions panel. Clinicians select a client from the schedule, start transcribing, and when the visit is complete, push the structured note directly to AlayaCare. Both a written progress note and a PDF copy can be filed to the client's record in a single action.
Schedule sync: Heidi imports your AlayaCare visit schedule automatically so your daily client list is always current and in order.
Real-time transcription: Press "Start visit" to begin recording and "Stop" when finished. Heidi generates a structured note automatically.
Note write-back: Push the completed note directly to the progress notes section of the client's AlayaCare record.
PDF document filing: Heidi saves a PDF copy to the client's documents folder in AlayaCare, organised by date for easy reference.
