**Admission Details**
- Chief Complaint: Chest pain and shortness of breath.
- Diagnosis: Suspected pulmonary embolism.
**Treatment Provided**
- Interventions: IV access established, oxygen administered, ECG performed, blood drawn for investigations, CT pulmonary angiogram performed.
- Medications Administered: 5000 units of Heparin IV bolus.
