Our latest integration update with CareStack allows users to create and link Heidi accounts via both web and mobile, giving clinicians more flexibility and control over their documentation. You can launch Heidi directly from the AI Scribe button in CareStack to record consultations, generate structured notes, and insert them seamlessly into the patient chart.
Users can create and manage custom note templates in Heidi, share them across their team, and access generated notes within Heidi’s mobile or web apps. Notes recorded in CareStack appear automatically in your Heidi account, making cross-platform access simple and efficient. Practices can also manage teams and streamline workflows by centrally sharing templates across users with AI Scribe access.
