The patient presented with acute anxiety and stress-related symptoms, including palpitations and shortness of breath, which have been ongoing for the past two weeks. Upon examination, the patient was found to have elevated heart rate and mild hypertension. Diagnostic tests indicated no underlying cardiac issues.
