- Perio probing - Pocket depths within normal limits, slight BOP noted
- Pulp vitality tests - Non-vital response on lower right molar
**My diagnoses were:**
The patient has caries on the lower right molar and mild gingivitis.
**Treatment Plan:**
The recommended treatment includes a restoration for the lower right molar and periodontal therapy to address gingivitis. The restoration will be performed by Dr. Emily Carter. The patient was educated on the importance of oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups.
