Ward Round Note - Dr. Emily Carter, Consultant Gastroenterologist Presenting Complaints: - Abdominal pain and bloating Diagnoses: - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Subjective: - The patient reports ongoing abdominal pain and bloating, particularly after meals.
