**Background: ** - Dilated cardiomyopathy, status post ICD implantation, no significant coronary artery disease, no arrhythmias, cardiovascular risk factors include hypertension and hyperlipidemia, co-morbidities include type 2 diabetes. **Medication: ** Patient is currently prescribed Lisinopril 20mg daily, Metoprolol 50mg twice daily, and Aspirin 75mg daily. It was a pleasure reviewing Mrs. Evelyn Carter in the cardiomyopathy clinic today. **Symptoms:** Patient reports mild shortness of breath on exertion and occasional palpitations.
