Technical Product Marketing Manager
Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

Research findings and model behavior
Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, truthful narratives without oversimplifying or hype
Partner Deeply with Research & Engineering
Embed with safety, evals, and research teams to understand:
How models are trained and evaluated
Failure modes, edge cases, and mitigations
Tradeoffs and limitations
Act as a thought partner to researchers on how work is framed and communicated
External Credibility & Thought Leadership
Produce high-quality technical content such as:
Research summaries and explainers

Where explanations break down or create confusion
Help prioritise which technical work needs clearer articulation or supporting evidence
What we’re looking for
Strong technical fluency - you don’t need to be a researcher, but you do need to:

Ask sharp questions of engineers and researchers
Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, research communications, or a similar role in:
AI / ML
Developer tools
Infrastructure, safety, or reliability-critical systems
Exceptional written communication — especially for complex, nuanced topics
High standards for accuracy, clarity, and intellectual honesty
Bonus (but Not Required)
Background in ML, data science, research, or engineering
Experience with AI evals, benchmarks, or safety frameworks
Exposure to regulated or high-stakes domains (healthcare, fintech, gov, etc.)
Experience working closely with research or applied science teams
What Makes This Role Different
