1. General
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to any promotional offer made available by Heidi Health Pty Ltd (ABN 84 649 783 871) (Heidi, we, us, our) in connection with the purchase of a Heidi Remote (Device). By accepting a promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace applicable terms, including Heidi's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Remote Terms, and Remote Usage Policy, which continue to apply.
2. Offers
Heidi may, from time to time, make one or more of the following promotional offers available to eligible customers:
(a) Reduced or Introductory Pricing
The Device may be offered at a reduced price below the standard RRP for a limited period. This offer category is available through self-service channels only. The reduced price and applicable market are specified at the point of purchase.
(b) Subscription Service Trial
Eligible customers who purchase a Device during the offer period may receive a specified period of access to a paid Heidi subscription tier at no additional charge. This offer category is available through self-service channels only, and is available to new Heidi users and existing free-tier users only. Customers on an existing paid subscription at the time of purchase are not eligible.
(c) Discounted Device with Annual Subscription Commitment
Eligible self-serve customers who commit to a qualifying annual Heidi subscription may receive a discount on the purchase price of the Device. This offer category is available through self-service channels only. The discounted price and applicable markets are specified at the point of offer.
(d) Discounted Device (Sales and Account-Managed Customers)
Eligible sales and account managed customers on a qualifying annual subscription may receive a discount on the purchase price of the Device as a deal incentive or loyalty reward. This offer category is available through Heidi’s sales and customer success team only and is not available to self-serve customers. The discounted price and applicable markets are specified at the point of offer.
(e) Free Device with Multi-Year Subscription Commitment
Eligible sales and account managed customers who commit to a qualifying multi-year Heidi subscription may be entitled to receive a Device at no additional charge. This offer category is available through Heidi’s sales and customer success team only and is not available to self-serve customers. Eligibility is subject to verification by Heidi and execution of an amended subscription agreement. This offer only applies to new contracts and cannot be backdated. Early termination consequences apply as set out in clause 5.3.
3. Offer Period and Availability
3.1 Each offer is available for a limited time only. Unless otherwise specified, all current promotional offers expire on 31 May 2026.
3.2 Heidi reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:
modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer (in whole or in part);
extend or shorten an offer period;
change the eligibility criteria for any offer; and
limit the number of customers who may participate in any offer.
3.3 Any changes will take effect from the time of announcement. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to that time, except where required by law.
3.4 Not all offer categories described in these Terms are available at any given time. Heidi will communicate which offers are currently available, and to whom, through the applicable channel (including in-product notifications, email communications, or direct outreach by a Heidi representative). The inclusion of an offer category in these Terms does not constitute an offer being made available to you. No entitlement to any offer arises unless Heidi has communicated the offer directly to you through the applicable channel.
3.5 Offers are only available to customers in the markets specified at the time the offer is communicated.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless expressly stated.
4.2 Offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
4.3 Heidi reserves the right to verify your eligibility before fulfilling any offer. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, Heidi may withdraw or decline the offer.
5. Withdrawal from an Offer
5.1Before purchase: You may choose not to accept an offer at any time before completing your purchase. No obligation arises until payment is confirmed.
5.2 After purchase (change of mind): Heidi Remote is a physical hardware product. If you accepted an offer as part of your purchase and subsequently exercise a right of return (where available under applicable law or the Heidi Remote Terms), the benefit of any associated promotional offer (including any software trial or discount) will cease upon the return of the Device and any refund will reflect only amounts paid.
5.3 After purchase (Subscription commitment offers): If you accepted a Device discount or free Device under Offer (c) (Discounted Device with Annual Subscription Commitment), Offer (d) (Discounted Device (Sales and Account-Managed Customers)), or Offer (e) (Free Device with Multi-Year Subscription Commitment), and you subsequently cancel or downgrade your subscription before the committed term ends, the following terms apply:
(a) Offer categories (c) and (d) (Discounted Device): Heidi may, at its discretion, invoice you for the difference between the promotional price you paid for the Device and the standard RRP applicable at the time of purchase.
(b) Offer category (e) (Free Device with Multi-Year Subscription Commitment) Early Exit Fee: If you received a Device at no charge under Offer (e) and you cancel, downgrade, or fail to renew your subscription before the committed multi-year term ends, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the standard Device RRP applicable at the time the offer was accepted will become payable. Heidi will invoice you for this amount and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
(c) Offer category (e) (Mid-Contract Upgrades to a Multi-Year Commitment): Where you accept offer category (e) while partway through an existing subscription term, your new multi-year commitment takes effect from the date of execution of your amended subscription agreement. Your prior subscription agreement is superseded in respect of its commercial terms from that date, and the terms of Offer category (e) apply from execution.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Pricing and Taxes
6.1 All promotional prices are displayed in the currency of the applicable market.
6.2 Prices exclude applicable sales taxes (including GST, VAT, or equivalent) and shipping unless otherwise stated. These will be displayed at checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Heidi's liability in connection with any promotional offer is limited to the value of the offer received by the customer. Heidi is not liable for any loss arising from the withdrawal, modification, or unavailability of an offer. Nothing in this clause limits rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
