About Outlook integration with Heidi
Overview
Outlook integration lets you connect Heidi to Microsoft 365. Once connected, Heidi can search and read Outlook mail, draft or send messages with your approval, and list, create, update, or cancel calendar events.
How it works
Start setup and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
Authorise Heidi to access your Outlook mail and calendar.
Return to Heidi and use Outlook from Work.

This setup flow starts with Microsoft 365 authentication and then returns you to Heidi. Heidi asks for your approval before sending mail or changing calendar events. This connection is for Outlook inside Heidi, not a full EHR workflow integration.
