It only records when actively initiated by the User, and a visible LED indicates when recording is in progress, ensuring transparency for all parties. All audio is encrypted at rest on Heidi Remote and is automatically deleted once synchronised to the Heidi platform. Heidi Remote connects only to the User's paired device via an encrypted wireless connection.
